Heritage Open Day 2021

This year’s Heritage Open Day was Sunday 19th September but such was the demand for pre-booked tours it actually started with “overflow” tours from Friday 10th September through to Sunday 3rd October.

On the day itself we had fully booked tours commencing on the hour from 11.00 am with many relatives and visitors who attended the 2019 tours in attendance and commenting on the progress made in the two years.

The response from the visitors was extremely positive with many wanting to pre-book for next years tour. They were very impressed with the synergy of the heritage and ecology and how they complemented each other.
